双层加强缝合法联合皮肤轮匝肌切除治疗先天性下睑内翻的疗效观察

摘要
目的比较并分析双层加强缝合法和单层缝合法联合皮肤轮匝肌切除治疗先天性下睑内翻的临床疗效。方法 38例68眼先天性下睑内翻患者,随机分为双层加强缝合观察组和单层缝合对照组。观察组20人36眼;对照组18人32眼,两组均联合行皮肤轮匝肌切除术。对其术后1周及术后6个月的临床疗效进行比较分析。结果术后1周观察组和对照组治愈率无统计学差异(P> 0.05);随诊6个月,治愈率、欠矫率两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论双层加强缝合法联合皮肤轮匝肌切除治疗先天性下睑内翻,远期复发率低,临床疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the double strengthen suture surgery or single suture surgery combined with skin and orbicular muscle resection in the treatment of congenital lower eyelid entropion. Methods Thirty-eight cases(68 eyes) of congenital lower eyelid entropion patients were randomly divided into two groups. One was observation group,contains 20 cases(36 eyes),received double strengthen suture surgery combined with skin and orbicular muscle resection.The other was control group,contains 18 cases( 32 eyes), Using single suture surgery combined with skin and orbicular muscle resection. the clinical efficacy were observed 1 week and 6 month after surgery. Results One week after operation,the curative rate of observation group and control group had no statistical significant difference(P > 0.05); After followed up for 6 month, the curative rate and the owe correction rate of observation group and control group had significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of congenital lower eyelid entropion, double strengthen suture surgery combined with skin and orbicular muscle resection is an effective surgical with lower longterm owe correction rate.
