“百万青少年上冰雪”活动的发展历程与优化路径研究

摘要
推动青少年冰雪活动发展对实现三亿人上冰雪的愿景及落实《青少年体育活动促进》计划具有深远意义。主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等,通过梳理"百万青少年上冰雪"活动的发展历程,提出了新时期"百万青少年上冰雪"活动发展的目标、内容及途径。研究认为:1)"百万青少年上冰雪"活动发展的机遇在于休闲运动和大众健身需求、承办2022年北京冬奥会、体育产业的结构性改革;2)普及冰雪知识、举办冰雪培训、加强冬季锻炼、储备冰雪人才、开展冰雪赛事是"百万青少年上冰雪"活动的核心内容;3)多元化的"百万青少年上冰雪"活动为青少年冰雪爱好者提供了锻炼便利。建议:1)正确理解"百万青少年上冰雪"活动发展的战略意义,广泛开展青少年冰雪体育活动;2)尊重"学校主导、社会参与、市场运作"的"百万青少年上冰雪"活动发展的科学性,创建智能化冰雪网络平台;3)构建以"学校主导、社会参与、市场运作"的多元化"百万青少年上冰雪"活动体系,满足青少年冰雪健身需要。
It is of great significance to promote the development of ice and snow activities in youth and to implement the vision of the snow and ice of 300 million people. This research mainly uses the literature, expert interview, etc., through combing the development course of millions of teenagers on snow and ice activities, and puts forward the new target, content and method of this activities in the new period. The research reveals that:1) Development opportunity of the activity of millions of teenagers on snow and ice lies in the leisure sports and the mass fitness requirements, the 2022 winter Olympic Games in Beijing, and the structural reform of the sports industry. 2) Popularize the knowledge of winter sports, hold training of winter sports, strengthen the exercise in winter, reserve talents, hold winter sports activities are the core of millions of teenagers on snow and ice activity content. 3) Diversified activities provide convenience for young children. Suggestions: 1) Correctly understand the meaning of millions of teenagers on the snow and ice activities, extensively carry out winter sports activities. 2) Respect "school leadership, social participation and market operation" of the "snow and ice on millions of teenagers" activities for the development of science, to create intelligent ice network platform. 3) Building with "school leadership, social participation and market operation" diversified "millions of teenagers on the ice and snow" activity system, meet the needs of the teenagers ice fitness.
