摘要
采用GC/MS测定体内、体外检材中百草枯。建立了测定血液、尿液、覆盆子果实枝叶以及土壤中百草枯的气相色谱质谱方法。不同样品经提取净化处理后,用GC-MS进行检测。血液、尿液、覆盆子枝叶、覆盆子果实、土壤中百草枯检出限分别为0.01μg/mL, 0.01μg/mL, 0.005μg/g, 0.005μg/g和0.008μg/g。
        The paraquat in vivo and in vitro samples by GC/MS was studied. A gas chromatography mass spectrometry method was developed for the determination of paraquat in blood, urine, raspberry fruits, raspberry leaves and soil. The samples were extracted and purified, and then detected by GC-MS. The detection limit of paraquat was 0.01 μg/mL, 0.01 μg/mL, 0.005 μg/g,0.005 μg/g and 0.008 μg/g in blood, urine, raspberry leaves, raspberry fruits and soil, respectively.
