摘要
文章探讨了与适纺纤维长度相关的工艺参数设置。对锡林定位及分离罗拉顺转定时(搭接刻度)与适纺纤维长度的关系进行了理论分析,运用机构运动建模及Matlab编程的方法得出了某变速精梳机的适纺纤维长度范围,并对该精梳机的锡林定位及搭接刻度工艺进行了实验,结果表明:搭接刻度为-0.5,锡林定位相应提前,有利于减少精梳落棉,降低落棉中的有效纤维长度,降低精梳条的条干CV值,提高棉条的均匀度,这一结果与该精梳机的理论计算数据相吻合。
The paper discussed the process parameter settings related to the length of the suitable fiber, and analyzed theoretically the relations between suitable fiber length with cylinder location as well as forward motion timing of detaching roller. The paper obtained suitable scope of fiber length on one variable speed comber by using mechanism modeling and Matlab programming, and carried out an experiment about cylinder location and forward motion timing of detaching roller to the comber. Results indicated that when lap scale is-0.5, the cylinder location should move forward correspondingly, which is beneficial to reduce the comb noil, and evenness CV value of combing sliver, and improving uniformity of combing sliver. This result is consistent with the theoretical calculating data of this comber.
