摘要
建立了溶剂萃取-柱前衍生-气相色谱法分析南极磷虾中脂肪酸组成和含量。冷冻干燥处理后的南极磷虾粉,采用体积比为1:1的乙醇与正己烷混合溶剂萃取,虾油的最佳得率达8. 5%。虾油经皂化-甲酯化等衍生步骤后,采用气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器分析测定,外标法定量。结果显示,37种脂肪酸甲酯标准溶液在9. 01~235. 92 mg/L浓度范围内呈良好线性,线性相关系数范围为0. 849~0. 999。本方法适合南极磷虾中脂肪酸含量的分析测定。
        A method of solvent extraction-pre-column derivatization combined with gas chromatographywas established for the determination of fatty acid composition and content in Euphausia superba. The Euphausia superb powder was freeze-dried and extracted a mixed solvent of ethanol and hexane in a volume ratio of 1: 1. The optimum extraction rate of krill oil was 8. 5%. After the krill oil was derivatized by saponification-methylesterification,it was analyzed by gas chromatography-hydrogen flame ionization detector and quantified by external standard method. In the range of 9. 01-235. 92 mg/L,standard solution of 37 fatty acids were in good linearity with correlation coefficients ranged from 0. 849 to 0. 999. Therefore,the method could be used to identify and quantify fatty acid composition in Euphausia superba with less matrix interference and satisfactory sensitivity.
