哈士蟆油对衰老模型小鼠体内LPO、Hyp含量的影响

摘要
目的研究哈士蟆油对衰老模型小鼠各脏器及皮肤内LPO、Hyp含量的影响。方法本次实验以昆明小鼠为实验对象,采用注射D-半乳糖制备衰老模型,哈士蟆油混悬液灌胃给药。对小鼠脏器内LPO、皮肤内Hyp的含量进行检测,以观察哈士蟆油混悬液及水相和苯相提取物对衰老模型小鼠各组织内代谢产物的影响。结果哈士蟆油灌胃组组织内代谢产物明显少于衰老组,哈士蟆油水相和苯相灌胃组组织内代谢产物少于衰老组。结论哈士蟆油灌胃组较其他组有明显的抗衰老作用,提示该样品中可能含有延缓衰老的成分,对开发和利用这一资源有重要意义。
Objective To study the effect of Oviductus Ranae on content of LPO and Hyp in different visceral organs and skin in aging model mice. Methods Kunming mice were selected as the research object. D-galactose was injected into the mice to establish aging models,and the suspension of Oviductus Ranae was given to the mice through intragastric administration. The LPO in visceral organs and the Hyp in the skin were detected to observe the effect of the suspension of Oviductus Ranae,extracts of aqueous phase and benzene phase on metabolites in different tissues. Results The metabolites in the tissue of the Oviductus Ranae group were significantly less than those of the aging group. The metabolites in the tissue of Oviductus aqueous phase and benzene phase perfusion group were less than those of aging group. Conclusion The anti-aging effect of the Oviductus Ranae group is more obvious than that of other groups,suggesting that the sample may contain anti-aging ingredients,which is of great significance for the exploitation and utilization of this resource.
