摘要
生物样本库对临床医学和生命科学有重要的意义。为解决样本库管理中无法实时的对样本状态进行监控和记录的问题,优化管理流程,作者利用物联网和计算机技术开发了一套新的样本管理系统。该系统不仅满足了日常管理需要,同时能记录样本信息与样本管理流程,减少了操作人员的工作量,避免手工记录偏差,实现样本库管理的自动化。
Biobank is important for clinical medicine and life science. In order to deal with the problem that the sample status cannot be monitored and recorded in real time while biobank running,and optimize the management process,we have developed a new sample management system using the Internet of Things( IoT) and computer technology. This system not only satisfies the needs of daily management,but also records sample information and sample management processes,reduces the operator's workload,avoiding personal error and realize automation of the biobank management.
