摘要
目的:探讨使用要素饮食治疗腹膜透析并发感染性腹膜炎的作用。方法:收治患者80例,分为对照组和试验组,每组各40例。试验组采用要素饮食干预,对照组采用腹膜透析常规饮食护理。结果:治疗后,试验组总蛋白、白蛋白和血红蛋白水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:要素饮食治疗腹膜透析并发感染性腹膜炎的作用显著。
        Objective:To explore the effect of essential food in the treatment of patients with peritoneal dialysis complicated with infectious peritonitis.Methods:80 patients were selected and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The experimental group was treated with essential food intervention,the control group was treated with routine diet nursing of peritoneal dialysis.Results:After treatment,in the experimental group,the levels of total protein,albumin and hemoglobin were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of essential food in the treatment of patients with peritoneal dialysis complicated with infectious peritonitis was significant.
