香烟烟雾对雄性大鼠血清及睾丸组织中一氧化氮(NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)活性的影响

摘要
目的探讨被动吸烟模型中香烟烟雾对雄性大鼠血清及睾丸组织中一氧化氮(NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶(i NOS)活性的影响。方法根据Haber理论建立大鼠被动吸烟模型,观察其体重变化、睾丸组织病理改变,并测定其血清及睾丸组织匀浆中NO含量和i NOS活性。结果对照组大鼠体重随时间的增加呈匀速增长状态(P <0. 05),实验组大鼠体重随染毒时间、剂量不断增加呈现缓慢增长状态,有的甚至出现负增长,高剂量组大鼠体重变化尤其明显(F=30. 24,P <0. 05);实验组大鼠睾丸组织出现明显病理病变,其血清和睾丸组织中NO含量明显大于对照组比值(P <0. 05),且i NOS活性均有改变且差异有统计学意义(F=6. 13,P <0. 05)。结论香烟烟雾对雄性大鼠血清及睾丸组织匀浆中NO含量和i NOS的活性均有影响,使其NO含量增加、i NOS活性发生改变,是大鼠睾丸组织出现损伤的可能机制之一。
        Objective To study the effects of cigarette smoke on NO content and i NOS activity in serum and testis of male rats in passive smoking model. Methods The passive smoking model of rats was established according to Haber theory to observe the changes of body weight and pathological changes,and determine the content of NO and i NOS in serum and testis homogenate. Results The weight of rats in the control group increased regularly( P < 0. 05). The weight of the rats in the experimental group increased showed a slow growth with the increase of toxicity time and dose,and some even showed a negative growth. The weight change of rats in the high dose group was especially significant(( F = 30. 24,P < 0. 05). There were obvious pathological lesions in the testis of rats in the experimental group. The NO content in serum and testis tissues was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The i NOS activity was changed and the difference was statistically significant( F = 6. 13,P <0. 05). Conclusion Cigarette smoke has an effect on the content of NO and the activity of i NOS in the serum and testis homogenate of male rats,which increases the content of NO and changes the activity of i NOS,which is one of the possible mechanisms leading to the damage of testicular tissue in rats.
