西汉法家争夺意识形态话语权失败的启示

摘要
西汉法家在与儒家争夺意识形态话语权的斗争中失败,为我们维护以马克思主义为主导的社会主义意识形态安全、掌握意识形态领域的话语权提供了重要的启示:首先,要掌握意识形态话语权必须在加强法治的同时修文德、兴教化;其次,要掌握意识形态话语权必须"国富"与"民富"、"民乐"兼顾;再次,要掌握意识形态话语权需要建立统一战线。
The failure of Legalists in the struggle with Confucianism for ideological discourse in the Western Han Dynasty provides us with enlightenment for maintaining the safety of socialist ideology dominated by Marxism and grasping the right of discourse in the ideological field. We can draw lessons as follows: to grasp the right of ideological discourse, 1) we must strengthen the rule of law and at the same time cultivate literary morality; 2) we must give consideration to both "national wealth" and "citizen's affluence and happiness"; 3) we need to establish a united front.
