摘要
目的:优化人面果叶总黄酮的提取工艺.方法:利用单因素和正交实验法,以干膏得率和总黄酮得率为评价指标,考察了乙醇浓度、料液比和提取温度等因素对提取效果的影响.结果:乙醇浓度70%,提取温度80℃,料液比1:6,提取时间0.5 h,为人面果叶总黄酮的最优提取参数.按该工艺提取次数1次,总黄酮得率可达4.96%.结论:该工艺优化了人面果叶总黄酮的提取过程,并验证了其重现性.
        Objective: To optimize the extraction of total flavonoids from the leaves of Garcinia xanthochymus. Methods: Single-factor and orthogonal test were employed by using the yields of dry extract and the total flavonoids as evaluating indices, and the effects of ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature were investigated. Results: The optimal extraction parameters of total flavonoids was determined as follows: ethanol concentration 70%, extraction temperature 80 ℃, solid-liquid ratio 1:6, extracting time 0.5 h. The total flavonoid yield could reach 4.96% with one extraction under such condition. Conclusion: The extraction of total flavonoids from the leaves of Garcinia xanthochymus was optimized, and the reproducibility of the process was verified.
