摘要
目的调查广西北海市及黑龙江大庆市儿童幽门螺杆菌(HP)及其细胞毒素相关基因蛋白A阳性(CagA~+)菌株的感染状况。方法选择分别在北海市人民医院儿科及大庆市油田总医院儿科就诊的儿童281名和284名为研究对象。检测并对比两地区儿童HP及CagA~+菌株感染情况,分析各地区不同人口学特征儿童的HP及CagA~+菌株感染情况。结果北海市儿童HP及CagA~+菌株的感染率均高于大庆市儿童(均P <0. 05);北海市7~<11岁组和11~14岁组儿童HP及CagA~+菌株的感染率均高于1~<7岁组儿童(均P <0. 05)。大庆市不同人口学特征儿童HP及CagA~+菌株的感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论儿童HP和CagA~+菌株感染率存在地区差异。
        Objective To investigate the prevalence of Helicobacter pylori( HP) and cytotoxin-associated gene protein A positive( CagA~+) strains infection among children from Beihai City of Guangxi Province and Daqing City of Heilongjiang Province. Methods Totally281 children from the Department of Pediatrics of Beihai People's Hospital and 284 from the Department of Pediatrics of Daqing Oilfield General Hospital were enrolled as the subjects. The prevalence of HP and CagA~+strains infection in children was detected and was compared between the two regions. The prevalence of HP and CagA~+strains infection was analyzed among children with various demographic characteristics in different regions. Results The infection rates of HP and CagA~+strains in children from Beihai City were higher than those in children from Daqing City( all P < 0. 05); in Beihai City,the infection rates of HP and CagA~+strains in children aged 7 to < 11 years and 11 to 14 years were higher than those in children aged 1 to < 7 years( all P < 0. 05). No statistically significant difference was observed in the infection rate of HP or CagA~+strains among Daqing children with various demographic characteristics( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Regional differences are found in the children's infection rates of HP and CagA~+strains.
