摘要
研究了2-羟基-4-甲氧基-5-磺酸基二苯甲酮(HMBS)对蚕丝的紫外线防护整理。分析了温度、时间、pH值、NaCl和HMBS用量等因素对蚕丝织物抗紫外性能的影响,并使用阴离子固色剂合成单宁和阳离子固色剂CWF-HC对HMBS整理后的蚕丝进行固色整理,寻找最佳固色方案。实验结果表明,当整理条件为HMBS用量3%owf、pH 3、温度90℃吸附60 min时,蚕丝的UPF指数升至45,在pH
The anti-UV finishing process of silk with 2-hydroxy-4-methoxyl-5-sulfonate( HMBS)was studied. The influence of finishing temperature,time,pH value,sodium chloride and HMBS dosages on anti-UV performance of silk fabric was analyzed. An anionic synthetic tannins and a cationic fixing agent CWF-HC were used to fix HMBS-finished silk fabric to find optimal color fixing plan. The experiment results showed that HMBS was 3% owf,pH 3,finishing at 90 ℃ for 60 min,the UPF value of silk increased to 45,sodium chloride had retarding effect when pH < pI,the fixing effect was best when the silk was firstly treated by the cationic fixing agent CWF-HC and then by synthetic tannins,and the UPF value of the silk remained above 37 after washing 20 times.
