摘要
采用气体渗法对DZ40M钢进行TiAl共渗,并在渗后试样表面进行镀镍保护。采用不同镶嵌剂对试样进行镶嵌并选用不同制样程序制备试样,观察其金相组织。结果表明,DZ40M钢的渗TiAl层在金相制备过程中出现剥落及碎裂现象的主要因素有:镶嵌剂不同、磨抛过程中使用的压力过大、镶嵌不紧密等。
Gas permeability method was used to conduct TiAl common infiltration for DZ40 M steel, and nickel plating was carried out on the surface of the samples after infiltration. The specimens were inlaid with different inlays and prepared by different sample preparation procedures to observe their microstructure. The results show that the main factors that led to the occurrence of peeling and cracking of the permeable layer of DZ40 M steel in the metallographic preparation are as follows: different mosaics, excessive pressure used in the grinding and polishing process, and loose mosaics.
