摘要
目的分析半胱氨酰白三烯受体1(Cys LTR-1)、神经前体细胞表达下调蛋白9(NEDD9)在胰腺癌和癌旁组织中的表达情况,及其与胰腺癌的发展关系。方法回顾性收集2015年1月至2016年10月行手术治疗的86例胰腺癌患者的癌和癌旁组织样本,分别检测样本中Cys LTR-1 mRNA和NEDD9,并对Cys LTR-1 mRNA、NEDD9的表达情况与临床病理特征的关系进行分析。结果 Cys LTR-1 mRNA和NEDD9在癌组织中的表达均显著高于癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且胰腺癌组织中Cys LTR-1 mRNA及NEDD9的表达情况与患者肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期和淋巴结转移相关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Cys LTR-1 mRNA和NEDD9在胰腺癌组织中呈高表达,可能与胰腺癌侵袭、浸润等有关,可作为判断胰腺癌预后的分子标志物。
        Objective To analyze the expression of Cys LTR-1 and NEDD9 in pancreatic cancer and para-carcinoma tissue,and the development of pancreatic cancer. Methods Samples of pancreatic cancer tissue and para-carcinoma tissue of 86 patients with pancreatic cancer from January 2015 to October 2016 were collected in our hospital surgical treatment,Cys LTR-1 mRNA and NEDD9 were tested,the relationship between the expression of Cys LTR-1 mRNA and NEDD9 and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The expression of Cys LTR-1 mRNA and NEDD9 in pancreatic cancer tissue were significantly higher than those of the para-carcinoma tissue,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The expression of Cys LTR-1 mRNA and NEDD9 in pancreatic cancer tissue was associated with TNM stage,differentiated degree and lymph node metastasis( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Cys LTR-1 mRNA and NEDD9 are highly expressed in pancreatic cancer tissue and may be associated with pancreatic cancer infiltration and invasion,can be used as a molecular marker for the prognosis of pancreatic cancer.
