摘要
配电网中三相负荷不平衡给设备及用户造成了很大的影响与危害,因此需要研发和应用针对负载三相电流不平衡的电力电子补偿装置。通过一种新的惯性低通滤波正负序迭代法提取负载电流的正负序分量和电感电流的正负序分量,然后通过PI控制和重复控制策略,实现了对负载三相电流的精准补偿。在仿真验证的理论模型的基础上,进行了样机的性能测试实验和现场挂网实验,结果证明了该方法和控制策略的可行性、有效性。
        The three-phase load unbalance in distribution network has caused great impact and harm to the equipment and users.Therefore, it is necessary to develop and apply a power electronic compensation device for the unbalance of three-phase load current. In this paper, the positive and negative sequence components of the load current and the inductor current are extracted by a new low-pass filter positive and negative sequence iterative method. Then, the PI control and repetitive control strategy are used to accurately compensate the three-phase current of the load. Based on the theoretical model which is verified by simulation, the performance test and the on-site network experiment of the prototype were carried out. The results proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the method and the control strategy.
