南通市生物医药产业发展概况及对策

摘要
目的为充分利用南通的资源优势和传统医药产品的品牌效应,推动南通生物医药产业的发展。方法采用调查研究法,从产业规模与结构、产业市场运营情况、研发投入与产出及产业集聚与布局4个方面分析南通生物医药产业现状及存在的问题,并提出应对措施。结果与结论夯实现有产业基础,激发优势品种价值,加大人才吸引力度,加强医药特色财税融资政策,推动绿色链式发展,以高质量推动南通市生物医药产业发展。
Objective To make full use of the resource advantages in Nantong city and the brand effect of traditional medical products,and to promote the development of bio-pharmaceutical industry in Nantong city.Methods The survey research method was adopted,the present situation and existing problems of bio-pharmaceutical industry in Nantong city were analyzed from 4 aspects: the industry scale and structure,the industry market operation,R& D input and output and the industrial agglomeration and layout,and the countermeasures were put forward.Results and Conclusion In order to improve the development of bio-pharmaceutical industry in Nantong city with high quality,it is necessary to steady the industrial foundation,stimulate the value of superior varieties,improve the attraction of talents,strengthen the finance and taxation policies of pharmaceuticals,promote the green chain development.
