摘要
采用海藻酸钠作为增稠剂,选择硅酸钠、焦磷酸钠、硼砂为成核剂,以改善Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O储热性能。发现在5%质量分数的硅酸钠,5%质量分数的海藻酸钠作用下,相变体系的放热性能较优。并由丙烯酸钠单体经原位自由基聚合制备得到凝胶化的Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O/聚丙烯酸钠复合相变材料,实验表明该复合材料储热稳定性明显提高。
        Sodium alginate was used as thickener and sodium silicate. In this paper, sodium silicate, sodium pyrophosphate, and borax were elected as nucleating agents to improve the heat storage performance of Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O. It is found that the exothermic performance of the phase transition system is better under the action of 5% mass fraction of sodium silicate and 5% mass fraction of sodium alginate. The gelated Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O/sodium polyacrylate composite phase change material was prepared by in situ free radical polymerization of sodium acrylate monomer. The experimental results show that the thermal storage stability of the composite is improved obviously.
