尿管干燥器在清洁间歇导尿患者中的应用

摘要
目的:通过对我院近年来因脊髓损伤的神经原性膀胱的病例进行分析,从而对不同方法预防患者因留置导尿后而造成患者的尿路感染进行探讨。方法:将我院2015年1月~2016年3月因髓损伤的神经原性膀胱留置导尿的60例患者,随机等分成对照组和试验组,对照组采用0.1%碘伏处理亲水型重复使用的导管,试验组采用导管干燥器处理亲水型重复使用的导管,观察在间歇导尿中尿管细菌学情况及无泌尿系感染的阳性临床症状发生率。结果:试验组的尿管细菌明显少于对照组泌尿系感染的阳性临床症状试验组明显少于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用尿管干燥器在清洁间歇导尿中可以对患者的尿路进行很好的预防,同时减少尿路感染,并降低了泌尿系感染的阳性临床症状。
Objective:To analyze the neurogenic bladder cases caused by spinal cord injury in recent years in our hospital,so as to discuss the prevention of urinary tract infection of patients due to retention catheterization with different methods. Methods: Selected 60 patients in our hospital with neurogenic bladder retention catheterization due to spinal cord injury from January 2015 to March 2016,and they were equally divided into experimental group and control group,0. 1% iodophor was used to treat the hydrophilic reused catheters for the patients in the control group,and catheter dryer was used to clean the hydrophilic reused catheters for the patients in the experimental group,and observation was made on the bacteriological condition of catheters during intermittent catheterization,and the incidence rate of positive clinical symptoms without urinary system infection. Results: The unitary tube bacteria in the experimental group were significantly fewer than those of the control group,and the positive clinical symptoms of urinary system infection in the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the difference of comparison in the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The application of unitary tube dryer in the cleaning of intermittent catheterization could well protect the unitary tract of patients,while reducing the unitary tract infection and reducing the positive clinical symptoms of unitary system infection.
