针灸联合认知康复训练治疗脑卒中的效果

摘要
目的探讨针灸联合认知康复训练治疗脑卒中的效果。方法分析珠海市香洲区第二人民医院中医科2017年1月～2018年5月收治的106例脑卒中患者的临床资料,依据治疗措施不同分为对照组(常规的认知康复训练治疗)53例和观察组(针灸联合认知康复训练治疗)53例。观察两组患者治疗前后的认知功能评分、Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel指数,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前的认知功能评分、Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel指数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的认知功能评分、Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel指数均高于治疗前,且观察组患者治疗后的认知功能评分、Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel指数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合认知康复训练治疗脑卒中可明显改善患者的认知功能、肢体功能和生活质量,效果较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with cognitive rehabilitation training in the treatment of stroke.Methods The clinical data of 106 patients with stroke who were admitted into the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Second People′s Hospital of Xiangzhou District in Zhuhai City from January 2017 to May 2018 were analyzed.They were divided into the control group(n=53,conventional cognitive rehabilitation training) and the observation group(n=53,acupuncture combined with cognitive rehabilitation training) according to different treatment measures.The cognitive function score,Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index in patients of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy of in patients in the two groups was observed.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the cognitive function score,Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the cognitive function score,Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index in the two groups were higher than those before treatment and the cognitive function score,Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with cognitive rehabilitation training in the treatment of stroke can significantly improve the cognitive function,limb function and quality of life in patients,and the effect is better,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
