珍保康医用抗菌凝胶Ⅲ型联合罗红霉素治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床研究

摘要
目的探讨珍保康医用抗菌凝胶Ⅲ型联合罗红霉素治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年4月~2017年3月收治的356例我院慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(178例)与观察组(178例)。对照组采用罗红霉素胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合珍保康医用抗菌凝胶纳肛治疗,比较两组的NIH-CPSI评分及各分项评分、治疗有效率。结果两组患者治疗前的疼痛或不适评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分及总评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者治疗后的疼痛或不适评分、排尿症状评分、总评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的治疗有效率(94.9%)高于对照组(56.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论珍保康医用抗菌凝胶联合罗红霉素治疗慢性前列腺炎,有助于改善患者症状,提高患者的生活质量及疗效率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhenbaokang Antibacterial Gel Type Ⅲ combined with roxithromycin in the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.Methods A total of 356 patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis who were admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected as study subjects,and divided into control group(178 cases) and observation group(178 cases) by radom table method.The control group was treated with Roxithromycin capsules.The observation group was combined with the Zhenbaokang Medical antibacterial Gel for anal treatment on the basis of the control group.The NIH-CPSI scores,the item scores and effictive rates of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in pain or discomfort score,urination symptom score,quality of life score,and total score before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Pain or discomfort score,urination symptom score,total score in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate in the treatment group(94.9%) was higher than that in the control group(56.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenbaokang Medical Antibacterial Gel combined with Roxithromycin treatment of chronic prostatitis can help improve the symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life and efficacy of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
