摘要

高职酒店管理专业教育在产教融合背景下,如何解决人才教育供给与产业需求重大结构性矛盾是重大问题,因而本文以酒店需求方为导向,从酒店管理教育供给方出发,探讨如何优化"双师型"教师的培养模式,进而实现培养既具备专业基础理论知识,又具有行业实践经验及较强操作能力的优质复合型行业人才,从施教的本源出发探索校企合作的更深层意义和模式。
        Under the background of industry-education integration, how to solve the major structural contradiction between talent supply and industrial demand is a major problem facing the hotel management profession in higher vocational colleges. Guided by the demand side of the hotel, starting from the hotel management education supply side, this article explores how to optimize the training mode of " double-qualified" teachers, so as to realize the cultivation of high-quality compound talents with professional theoretical knowledge, industry practical experience, and strong operational ability. It also explores the deeper meaning and mode of school-enterprise cooperation from the origin of teaching.
