白内障超声乳化术后干眼患者的针对性护理效果观察

摘要
目的探讨白内障超声乳化术后干眼患者的针对性护理效果。方法抽取2017年10月—2018年10月在我院接受治疗的白内障超声乳化术后干眼患者200例,将其随机分成对照组与试验组,分别开展常规护理与针对性护理干预。对2组患者的泪膜破裂时间、干眼症状、角膜荧光素染色、护理工作满意度、护理投诉发生率情况进行分析及探讨。结果试验组患者护理后干眼症状(0.21±0.02)分、角膜荧光素染色(1.77±0.06)分、护理投诉发生率2.00%,均小于对照组[(2.13±0.22)分、(4.36±0.08)分和24.00%];试验组泪膜破裂时间为(16.02±1.10)s,高于对照组的(8.16±1.57)s;试验组护理满意度为98.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对白内障超声乳化术后干眼患者实施针对性护理,可显著减轻干眼症状,减少护理投诉,提升患者的护理满意度,在临床上具备推广价值。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of dry eyes after phacoemulsification for cataract.Methods200 patients with dry eyes after phacoemulsification for cataract treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,and routine nursing and targeted nursing intervention were conducted respectively. The time of tear rupture,symptoms of dry eye,corneal fluorescein staining,satisfaction with nursing work and incidence of nursing complaints were analyzed and discussed. Results The dry eye symptoms(0.21±0.02)points,corneal fluorescein staining(1.77 ± 0.06)points and the incidence of nursing complaints2.00% in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group([2.13±0.22)points,(4.36±0.08)points and24.00%],respectively. The time of tear rupture in the experimental group was(16.02 ±1.10)s,higher than that in the control group(8.16±1.57)s,and the nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 98.00%,significantly higher than that in the control group 76.00%,the diffevence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing care for dry eye patients after phacoemulsification can significantly reduce dry eye symptoms,reduce nursing complaints,and improve patients' nursing satisfaction.
