助产护理对高龄产妇分娩结局的影响

摘要
目的探讨助产护理对高龄产妇分娩结局的影响。方法选取2016年2月～2018年2月来我院分娩的60例高龄产妇,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和参照组,每组各30例。参照组采用常规分娩护理,实验组在参照组的基础上加用助产护理,比较两组的分娩结局、产程时间以及出血情况。结果实验组的自然分娩率明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的产程时间明显短于参照组;实验组产后出血量少于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论助产护理对高龄产妇分娩结局有积极影响,产妇的自然分娩成功率高,有效减少了产程时间及产后出血量,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To explore the effect of midwifery nursing on the delivery outcome of old maternal. Methods A total of 60 old maternal who delivered in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected and divided into experimental group and reference group according to random number table method, 30 cases in each groups. Routine delivery nursing was used in the reference group, and midwifery nursing was added in the experimental group on the basis of the reference group. The delivery outcome, duration of labor and bleeding were compared between the two groups. Results The natural delivery rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The duration of delivery in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the postpartum hemorrhage in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Midwifery nursing has a positive effect on the delivery outcome of old maternal. The success rate of natural delivery of old maternal is high. It can effectively reduce the duration of labor and postpartum hemorrhage. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical medicine.
