摘要
目的:研制一种新型便携医用单兵高压氧衣,解决现有便携式高压氧舱体积庞大、维护成本高等弊端。方法:新型便携医用单兵高压氧衣,由可折叠的上衣状高压氧衣和螺旋式便携空气压缩机构成;上衣状高压氧衣采用耐磨、柔软的PVC材料制作,装有透明观察窗,侧面设有安全充气阀门。进行气密性、内压等检测以及动物实验,分析该装置的性能。结果:测试结果显示,该装置气密性良好,最大能耐受455.85 k Pa,完全满足高原肺水肿救治过程中所需的131.69k Pa的要求;当衣内压力在131.69 k Pa时,衣内压力衰减速度为(798±5.32)Pa/h,即能够维持>101.3 k Pa的压力约38 h,满足高原肺水肿的救治需要;当气囊压力>182.34 k Pa时,阀门自动关闭,避免人员伤害。结论:新型单兵高压氧衣构造合理性能可靠、携带方便且维护成本低廉,能够快速缓解高原肺水肿症状,适用于高原作战环境下肺水肿的救治。
Objective:To develop a new portable medical hyperbaric oxygen garment for single pawn and solve the problem of present portable hyperbaric oxygen chamber which are big and higher maintenance cost.Methods:To introduce the constitution,performance test and animal experiment,and to analyze the performances.Results:The new hyperbaric oxygen garment has reasonable construction,reliable performance,and low maintenance cost.It is portable and can remit the symptom of the high altitude pulmonary edema.Conclusion:The new medical Hyperbaric oxygen garment for single pawn is portable and has reliable effect,which is suitable for the treatment of the high altitude pulmonary edema.
