高校图书馆的异化现象和解决对策

摘要
图书馆是高校文化的灵魂,是高校知识的殿堂。随着高等教育的发展,高校图书馆出现了资源不足、评价和管理制度不合理、学生和馆员思想不正等问题,导致"占座风""科研风"以及"商业风"等违背高校图书馆本质的异化现象出现,败坏了高校的风气。为解决高校图书馆出现的异化问题,需要扩充、改善以及合理配置图书馆资源、建立有效的评价和管理制度、加强学生和图书馆馆员的思想道德教育等可能的解决对策,以此来恢复高校的神圣性和纯洁性。
The library is the soul of culture in colleges and universities and the hall of knowledge in colleges and universities.With the development of higher education, there are a series of problems in libraries of colleges and universities, such as lack of resources, unreasonable evaluation and management system,misconceptions of students and librarians and so on. As a result,students plunder seats of libraries; librarians pursue good fame of scientific research; libraries chase economic commercial benefits,which ruined the atmosphere of colleges and universities. In order to solve the problem of alienation in libraries of colleges and universities, we need to find out some possible countermeasures.These countermeasures are to expand, improve and rationally configure library resources, establish effective evaluation and management systems, and strengthen the ideological and moral education of students and librarians, etc., so as to restore the sanctity and purity of colleges and universities.
