阿帕替尼所致手足综合征的中医辨证阶段治疗

摘要
手足综合征多见于长期反复接受化疗、靶向治疗等患者,目前西医尚无系统有效治疗方法,中医进行解毒、活血、扶正为主的阶段治疗可有效缓解症状、提高生活质量,为肿瘤患者的进一步治疗提供了更多的可能性。
Hand foot syndrome is common in patients who have received chem-otherapy and targeted therapy over a long period of time. At present, there is no syste-matic and effective treatment in western medicine.The treatment of detoxification, blood activating and centralizability of TCM can effectively alleviate the symptoms and provide more possibilities for the further treatment of the cancer patients.
