全髋关节置换及全膝关节置换术后急性疼痛程度对比

摘要
目的对比全髋关节置换及全膝关节置换术后急性疼痛程度。方法选取本院骨科2012年3月至2016年3月行手术治疗的160例骨关节炎患者为研究对象,依据手术类型分为全髋关节置换组及全膝关节置换组,各80例,对其术后急性疼痛程度进行比较。结果全髋关节置换组患者术后各时段静息VAS评分和行走VAS评分、CRP、IL-6与全膝关节置换组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全膝关节置换术后急性疼痛程度明显高于全髋关节置换,提示临床应采取积极的干预措施以降低患者承受的痛感。
Objective To compare the degrees of acute pain after total hip replacement and total knee arthroplasty. Methods 160 cases of patients with osteoarthritis who underwent surgery in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into total hip arthroplasty group and total knee arthroplasty group according to the types of operation, 80 cases in each group. The degrees of acute pain after operation were compared. Results The differences of resting VAS scores, walking VAS scores, CRP, IL-6 between total hip replacement group and total knee replacement group were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The degree of acute pain after total knee arthroplasty is significantly higher than that after total hip arthroplasty, suggesting that active interventions should be taken to reduce the pain suffered by patients.
