摘要
目的探讨热休克蛋白-5 (HSPA5)和细胞粘附分子CD44V6在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其诊断价值。方法收集上海市长宁区妇幼保健院2014年6月至2016年12月收治的乳腺癌手术患者91例,采用免疫组化二步法对其不同病理组织类型的乳腺癌组织进行HSPA5和CD44V6的表达检测,并对表达结果做统计学分析。结果 HSPA5、细胞黏附分子CD44V6在乳腺癌组织的阳性表达率分别为74.7%(68/91)和62.6%(57/91);不同组织学类型及不同肿瘤直径的乳腺癌组织中HSPA5的阳性表达比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在组织学不同分级和淋巴结有、无转移的乳腺癌组织中,HSPA5的阳性表达比较差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);不同乳腺癌类型、临床分期、不同肿瘤直径及不同组织学分级的乳腺癌组织中,CD44V6的阳性表达比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在肿瘤淋巴结转移阳性组和阴性组之间的阳性表达比较,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 HSPA5和CD44V6对于乳腺癌的发生、发展起到重要的调控作用;HSPA5和CD44V6的阳性表达和乳腺癌的生物学行为有关,将HSPA5和CD44V6同时在乳腺癌进行表达分析,对判断乳腺癌的预后和指导其临床治疗有着重要的意义。
        Objective To investigate the expression of heat shock protein 5(HSPA5) and CD44 v6 in breast carcinoma and their diagnostic value. Methods A total of 91 cases of patients with breast carcinoma, who admitted to Shanghai Changning Maternity and Infant Health Hospital from June 2014 to December 2016, were examined by immunohistochemical method for HSPA5 and CD44 v6. The expression results were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of HSPA5 and CD44 v6 in in breast carcinoma were 74.7%(68/91) and 62.6%(57/91) respectively. There was no significant difference in the positive expression of HSPA5 between breast cancer tissues with different histological types and different tumor diameters(P>0.05). However, the positive expression of HSPA5 in breast cancer tissues with or without metastasis of lymph nodes and different histological grades showed significant difference(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the positive expression of CD44 V6 in breast cancer tissues with different breast cancer types, clinical stages, different tumor diameters and different histological grades(P>0.05). However, there were significant differences in positive expression between positive and negative lymph node metastasis groups(P<0.01). Conclusion HSPA5 and CD44 v6 may play important roles in development of breast cancer. The positive expression of HSPA5 and CD44 V6 is related to the biological behavior of breast cancer. It is important to analyze the expression of HSPA5 and CD44 V6 simultaneously in breast cancer for judging the prognosis of breast cancer and guiding its clinical treatment.
