集束化护理对呼吸道烧伤气管切开患者救治效果的影响

摘要
目的观察集束化护理对呼吸道烧伤气管切开患者救治效果的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的38例呼吸道烧伤患者,按照入院时间分为对照组(16例)和观察组(22例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施集束化护理。对比两组患者的救治情况、并发症发生率及血气指标情况。结果两组患者的死亡率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为13.64%,明显低于对照组的68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的血气指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的血气指标均明显改善,且观察组的血气指标明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理能够有效提高呼吸道烧伤气管切开患者的治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To observe the influence of cluster nursing on treatment effect of patients with respiratory tract burn tracheotomy. Methods 38 cases of patients with respiratory tract burn admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into control group(16 cases) and observation group(22 cases) according to admission time. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received cluster nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The treatment condition, incidence of complications and blood gas indicators were compared between two groups. Results No statistical difference was found in the mortality between two groups(P >0.05). The incidence of complications of observation group was 13.64%, significantly lower than 68.75% of control group, with statistical difference(P <0.05). Before nursing, no statistical difference was found in the blood gas indicators between two groups(P >0.05). After nursing, the blood gas indicators of two groups significantly improved, and the blood gas indicators of observation group were significantly better than those of control group, with statistical differences(P <0.05). Conclusions Cluster nursing can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with respiratory tract burn tracheotomy, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
