摘要
在道岔制造过程中,钢轨件会因为机加工、热处理等其他原因产生一定的残余应力,这些应力会使整组道岔在后续过程中产生形变,增加了道岔的使用成本。通过振动时效工艺的介入,能够有效的消除钢轨件残余应力,提升道岔产品质量。
In the process of turnout manufacture,some residual stresses will occur in rail parts due to machining,heat treatment and other reasons. These stresses will make the whole group of turnouts deform in the subsequent process,and increase the cost of turnouts. Through the intervention of vibration aging technology,the residual stress of rail parts can be effectively eliminated,and the quality of turnout products can be improved.
