摘要
使用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对青根貂、水貂、紫貂毛皮进行了分析,得到了背部与腹部皮和毛纤维的红外特征图谱。结果表明,同种动物背部和腹部毛皮的红外图谱基本一致;青根貂的谱图与水貂、紫貂存在一定差异,主要表现在500~1 800 cm~(-1)范围内。对每种动物毛皮特征光谱的分析可为动物的毛皮材质鉴别提供一定的依据。
The furs of aone inspector,mustela vison and martes zibellina were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). The characteristic spectra of the back and abdomen skins and hair fibers were obtained. The results indicated that the infrared spectra of the back and abdomen fur of the same species were almost similar. The spectrum of the aone inspector is different from themustela vison and martes zibellina, mainly in the range of 500~1 800 cm~(-1). The analysis of each animal fur characteristic spectra can provide basis for the identification of animal fur materials.
