摘要

RDS阀作为安全循环阀,具有安全封隔地层流体和循环压井两项功能,但在实际使用中也时常出现下钻过程中、关井后期RDS阀异常打开的现象。针对RDS阀使用过程中出现的异常情况进行了分析、判断,给出了施工时的措施建议,可有效提高测试成功率。
        RDS valve as safety circulating valve,has two functions of separating formation fluid safely and killing well by circulation,but abnormal phenomena of RDS valve opening often appears in the practical use in the process of drilling and at late time of shut-in well.According to abnormal conditions during the use of RDS valve to analyze and judge,some suggestions to improve the success rate of the test is given.
