摘要
目前油气钻井的难度和深度不断加大,井眼压力与温度较高,尤其是塔里木油田却勒四井这样的高压气井,井控问题日益突出,最为核心的问题就是选取合适、有效的压井方法。文章通过介绍反循环压井法的工艺要求,给出了套压与磨损处受压的计算方法,结合塔里木油田却勒四井的实际数据,对这种方法与司钻法及工程师法做了对比分析,进一步说明这种压井方法更为安全可靠。
With the further development of oil and gas exploration, the difficulty of oil and gas drilling is more and more and the well depth is deeper and deeper. The boreholes are high-pressure and high-temperature and the well control issue has become increasingly prominent. The most important question of well control safety is to select a proper and valid well killing method.This paper introduces the technology of the reverse circulation kill method, presents the calculation method of casting pressure and fray pressure, and compares this method with driller's method and engineer's method when it is combined with the actual data of Quele4 well of Tarim Oilfield. It further illustrates that this killing method is more safe and reliable.
