摘要
为了保证加氢装置循环氢系统氢气纯度,同时回收高附加值氢气,通过新增排放循环氢脱硫系统与原有PSA提纯氢气系统的有效配合,对河北新启元能源技术开发股份有限公司排放氢气回收系统进行了改造。结果表明:装置改造后,循环氢系统的氢纯度有明显提高,氢气回收效益非常可观,达到了改造目的。
        In order to ensure the purity of the recycle hydrogen and recover the high added value hydrogen,the reconstruction of recovery system of discharged waste hydrogen was performed by adding waste hydrogen desulfurization plant combined with the former PSA hydrogen purification plant.Hebei Xinqiyuan Energy-technology Developing Company Ltd.reconstructed the discharged waste hydrogen recovery system.The results showed that the innovation achieved the reconstruct purpose.The purity of the hydrogen was increased and the recovered hydrogen got the considerable benefit.
