摘要
浆液循环泵主要运用于火力发电厂大型脱硫工序,具有流量大、耐腐耐磨等特点。浆液循环泵的过流部件在运行过程中,过流部件会受到浆液的腐蚀和磨损。为防止过流部件受到浆液过快的腐蚀磨损,目前浆液循环泵过流部件上普遍采用的防护措施方法为:泵体和后护板橡胶衬套、过流表面施加碳化硅高分子耐磨耐腐涂层和先进耐磨耐腐材质。其中以先进耐腐耐磨材料为浆液循环泵发展主要方向,并配合碳化硅高分子耐磨耐腐涂层修复技术。
        Slurry circulating pump is mainly used in large-scale desulfurization process of thermal power plant,which has the characteristics of large flow rate,corrosion resistance and wear resistance.The overflowing parts of the slurry circulating pump will be corroded and worn by the slurry when running.In order to prevent the over-flow parts from being corroded and worn by slurry too quickly,the protective measures commonly adopted on the over-flow parts of slurry circulating pump at present are:rubber bushing of pump body and rear guard plate,silicon carbide polymer wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating and advanced wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant material applied on the over-flow surface.Among them,advanced corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials are the main direction of slurry circulating pump development,and with silicon carbide polymer wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating repair technology.
