摘要
煤矿井下开采中,空巷的存在会带来工作面顶板应力集中、巷道围岩变形等不良影响,甚至导致支架压死、煤岩破碎等严重危害。针对综采工作面过空巷问题,根据实践经验,提出了对原支护加设五排单体柱进行补强、调整回采施工细节、优化顶板压力监测等措施来解决这一问题。该项技术的应用,解决了孤岛综采放顶煤工作面遇到空巷时需要搬家的问题,节省了大量的人力、物力和财力,而且还提高了煤炭资源回收率,有效缓解了矿井资源衔接情况,创造了一定的经济效益。同时,为类似矿井过空巷开采提供了经验,具有一定的社会价值和经济效益。
        In the underground mining of coal mine,the existence of empty roadway will aggravate the roof stress concentration of coal working face,and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway,and even lead to the crushing of the support. According to the practical experience of fully mechanized caving face passing through empty roadway,the measures of strengthening empty roadway support,adjusting mining technology and optimizing roof pressure monitoring were proposed.The measures of fully mechanized caving face passing through empty roadway save a lot of manpower,material resources,improve the recovery rate of coal resources and increase mine economic benefits,which provide experience for mining face passing through empty roadway in similar mine.
