中西医结合治疗心肾阳虚夹血瘀型慢性心力衰竭的疗效

摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗心肾阳虚夹血瘀型慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将112例心肾阳虚夹血瘀型慢性心力衰竭患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。2组均采用常规治疗。在此基础上,观察组采用温阳强心汤治疗。观察2组治疗前、治疗2周后中医证候积分、血浆黏度、全血黏度及临床疗效、治疗期间与药物相关的不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05)。2组治疗2周后中医证候积分和血浆黏度、全血黏度水平均低于治疗前(均P<0.05),观察组治疗2周后中医证候积分和血浆黏度、全血黏度水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间均未出现与药物相关的不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗心肾阳虚夹血瘀型慢性心力衰竭疗效显著,可改善患者的血液流变学指标,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on chronic heart failure with heart and kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis.Methods A total 112 cases of chronic heart failure with heart and kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis were randomly given routine treatment alone(control group,n=56) or in combination with Wenyang Qiangxin decoction(observation group,n=56).The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score,plasma viscosity and whole blood viscosity were measured before and after treatment for 2 weeks.In addition,adverse drug reactions were observed during treatment.ResultsThe total effective rate in observation group(92.86%) was higher than that in control group(78.57%)(P<0.05).After treatment for 2 weeks,the TCM syndrome score,plasma viscosity and whole blood viscosity decreased in both groups,and these indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no drug-related adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is an effective and safe treatment,which can improve the hemorheological parameters in chronic heart failure patients with heart and kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis.
