中医情志护理对肺癌患者负性情绪及护理满意度的影响

摘要
目的探讨中医情志护理干预对肺癌患者负性情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法在我院治疗的肺癌患者中选取60例,按随机数字法分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组则在常规护理基础上注重加强对患者的情绪护理,并比较两组患者的护理效果及护理满意度。结果实验组患者焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、VAS疼痛评分明显降低,生活质量SF-36评分显著升高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理满意度结果显示,实验组明显高于对照组,其统计学有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理可有效改善肺癌患者抑郁焦虑为主的负性情绪,缓解患者心理压力,减轻癌痛,提高其生活质量,促进护患关系,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of TCM emotional nursing on negative emotion and nursing satisfaction in patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 60 patients with lung cancer who had received treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects, which were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given symptomatic nursing intervention and those in the experimental group given TCM emotional nursing intervention,then the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results After intervention,the scores of SDS(Self-Rating Depression Scale), SAS(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale) and VAS(Visual Analogue Scale) in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the score of life quality(SF-36)in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P< 0.05). The results of nursing satisfaction showed that the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM emotional nursing can effectively improve the negative emotions of depression and anxiety in lung cancer patients, relieve the psychological stress of patients, reduce cancer pain, improve their quality of life, and promote the relationship between nurses and patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
