克氏针联合解剖型锁定钢板治疗尺骨鹰嘴粉碎性骨折的疗效观察

摘要

目的:评价克氏针联合解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴粉碎性骨折的疗效。方方法法:我科对18例尺骨鹰嘴粉碎性骨折患者采用克氏针联合解剖型锁定钢板内固定手术治疗,观察骨折愈合情况、有无并发症、肘关节术后功能恢复情况。结果果:所有患者骨折均一期愈合,平均愈合时间为7.89±1.18个月;1例患者出现克氏针皮肤刺激症状,余未发生其他并发症;根据Broberg-Morry评分,优11例,良6例,中1例,差0例,优良率达94.4%。结论:克氏针联合解剖型锁定钢板治疗尺骨鹰嘴粉碎性骨折疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
