脑囊虫病微创手术治疗分析

摘要
目的分析脑囊虫病微创手术治疗方法,并对临床治疗效果进行评价。方法选取所在医院2014年4月至2017年3月收治的23例脑囊虫病患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中10例患者在神经内镜下完成囊虫摘除术,7例患者行透明隔造瘘并脑室腹腔分流术,其余6例利用立体定向引导技术完成微创手术,对上述诊疗技术的效果进行分析。结果本组23例患者,20例完全切除病灶,其余3例患者(采用神经内镜囊虫摘除术)无法取出,原因为囊虫移位1例,出血2例;对上述病例进行随访,期间并未出现神经功能损伤病例。结论采用多种微创手术技术对脑囊虫病患者进行治疗,整体疗效良好。
Objective To analyze the minimally invasive surgical treatment of cerebral cysticercosis and evaluate the clinical treatment effect. Methods Twenty-three patients with cerebral cysticercosis admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to March 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Ten patients underwent cystine enucleation under neuroendoscopy and 7 patients were transparent. The stenosis and ventriculo-peritoneal shunt were performed, and the other 6 patients underwent minimally invasive surgery using stereotactic guidance technique to analyze the effects of the above-mentioned diagnosis and treatment techniques. Results Twenty-three patients in this group, 20 patients underwent complete resection of the lesion, and the remaining 3 patients(with neuroendococcal cystectomy) could not be removed because of 1 case of cysticercosis and 2 cases of hemorrhage. There were no cases of neurological impairment. Conclusion A variety of minimally invasive surgical techniques are used to treat patients with cerebral cysticercosis, and the overall effect is good.
