急性心肌梗死心肺复苏后溶栓治疗1例并文献回顾

<正>1 临床资料患者男性,62岁,主诉"发作性胸痛6 h",急诊入院。入院前6 h患者无明显诱因出现胸痛,位于胸骨后,呈压榨性,向左肩背部放射,伴大汗出,无恶心、呕吐,疼痛持续约1 h缓解,未予诊治。1 h前无明显诱因胸痛再次发作,症状同前,来我院急诊科就诊。既往病史 20年前行"胃大部切除术";否认高血压、冠心病、糖尿病病史;吸烟史30余年,20支/d;否认酗酒史。入院查体体温36.5℃,脉搏73次/min,呼吸20次/mi
