优质护理服务在小儿外科护理中的应用分析

摘要
目的优质护理在小儿外科护理中的应用效果分析。方法选取2017年6月～2018年5月中医院小儿外科收治的100例的患儿,并按照入院顺序进行编号。将100例小儿病患分成两个小组,分为对照组和观察组,对照组使用常规护理方法,观察组使用优质护理方法,每个小组各50例。对两组小儿病患家长进行满意度调查。结果观察组小儿病患的家长对护理结果的满意度为96%较对照组小儿病患家长的满意度74%具有明显优势(P<0.05),可以进行对照。结论对小儿外科进行优质护理的家长满意度明显高于普通护理的家长满意度。对小儿外科进行优质护理不仅可以使患儿早日康复,还可以使医患关系更加融洽,从而减少了护患矛盾,使护理效果有了明显的提升。
Objective To analyze the application effect of quality nursing in pediatric surgical nursing. Methods A total of 100 children admitted to the Pediatric Surgery of the Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected and numbered according to the order of admission.One hundred children were divided into two groups, which were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group used routine nursing methods, and the observation group used high-quality nursing methods, 50 in each group. Satisfaction survey was conducted on parents of two groups of children. Results The satisfaction of the parents of the pediatric patients in the observation group was 96% compared with the satisfaction of 74% of the parents of the control children(P<0.05), which could be compared. Conclusion Parental satisfaction with quality nursing for pediatric surgery is significantly higher than that for general care. Quality care for pediatric surgery can not only make the child recover soon, but also make the relationship between doctors and patients more harmonious, thus reducing the contradiction between nurses and patients, and the nursing effect has been significantly improved.
