微创钻孔引流术治疗高龄患者高血压脑出血的临床观察

摘要
目的探讨微创钻孔引流术和开颅血肿清除术对比治疗高龄患者高血压脑出血临床治疗效果。方法筛选出自我院2014年1月至2017年1月治疗的38例右侧基底节区高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,所有患者术前均经CT扫描确诊。观察和记录术前术后神经功能缺损改善和日常生活活动能力评分。结果微创钻孔引流术组在术后13周神经功能缺损评分和日常生活活动能力评分上高于开颅血肿清除术组(P<0.05)。术后死亡率比较(P<0.05)低于开颅血肿清除术组。结论微创钻孔引流术治疗高龄患者高血压脑出血的临床效果以及预后状态比常规开颅血肿清除术更加优越。值得推广应用。
Objective Investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive drilling drainage and craniotomy for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in elderly patients. Methods 38 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were treated from January 2014 to January 2017 in our hospital. All patients were diagnosed by CT scan before operation. To observe and record the improvement of nerve function defect and daily activity ability score. Results The score of nerve function defect score and daily activity ability score were significantly higher than that in the craniotomy group( P <0. 05). Postoperative mortality comparison( P < 0. 05) was significantly lower than that in the craniotomy group. Conclusion The clinical effect and prognosis of minimally invasive borehole drainage for elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage are superior to that of routine craniotomy. It is worth promoting the application.
