微山湖流域污水深度处理工艺的优化与改进

摘要
为了解决生活污水深度处理工艺存在的问题,采取优化工艺流程的措施有:增加曝气搅拌装置防止污泥沉积,根据孔隙率和压缩强度计算选择净水器的滤珠充填重量。提高板框压滤机污泥处理能力。絮凝剂投料装置升级全自动控制。经过6个月的连续监测,处理后水质COD_(Cr)≤20 mg/L,氨氮≤1 mg/L,SS≤10 mg/L,pH值在6-9,达到了《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)Ⅲ类区域标准。完全符合微山湖流域的南水北调东线重点保护区域排放要求。
        In order to solve the problems of wastewater treatment process, measures of optimize process are added aeration agitator to prevent sludge deposition, and the filter weight is selected by porosity and compression strength. The capacity of filter press is improved. Flocculant feeding device is upgraded to automatic control. After continuous monitoring for six months, the data of treated water quality are COD_(Cr)≤20 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen ≤1 mg/L, SS ≤10 mg/L, pH value of 6-9, which has reached Standard of the Surface Water Environment Quality(GB 3838—2002) class III regional standards. It is consistent with emission requirements of water transfer route protection area in Weishan Lake Basin.
