摘要
通过逆向设计与数控加工相结合实现产品快速开发制造。利用产品的形状特点,采用三维扫描仪扫描海豚零件的三维轮廓数据,应用数据处理软件Geomagic Wrap快速、高效地进行点云数据处理、多边形模型处理;应用专用逆向软件Gemagic Design X重构工业产品的三维实体模型,并进行误差分析;应用SIEMENS NX软件完成该模型的三维数控加工的程序编制,经实体验证仿真加工确保无误后,生成数控加工代码,在机床上加工出产品。在工程实际中具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。
It was realized that rapid product development and manufacture through combing reverse engineering with NC machining,by using shape characteristics of products.3Dscanning was used to scan 3Dshape data of the dolphins parts,by using data processing software Geomagic Wrap,point cloud data processing and polygon modeling were finished rapidly and efficiently.Reconstructed 3Dentity model of industrial products through specified reverse software Gemagic Design X,and did error analysis.Programmed 3DNC machining by using SIEMENS NX software,and after real verification,simulation,machining,generalized NC machining code,and machining products on machining tools.It had some guiding and learning value for real engineering.
