摘要
目前行业内没有标准的制冷机微振动检测方法,为了微振动测量的准确性,通过对斯特林制冷机微振动输出机理及检测方法的研究,对微振动输出的检测装置及检测系统进行了设计,对制冷机本身微振动输出检测方法进行试验研究。为制冷机微振动的抑制提供基础支撑,从而优化分置式斯特林制冷机的整机设计。
At present,there is no standard micro-vibration detection method for cryocooler in the industry. In order to measure the accuracy of micro-vibration,through the study of the micro-vibration output mechanism and detection method of Stirling cryocooler,the output detection device and detection system of mico-vibration were designed,the testing method of the mico-vibration output of the Stirling cryocooler itself was studied. It provided the basic support for the mico-vibration suppression of the cryocooler,so as to optimize the whole design of the split Stirling refrigerator.
