摘要
骨料级配是组成骨料的不同粒径颗粒的比例关系,良好的级配可以充分发挥骨料的强度效应。针对金川镍矿使用棒磨砂胶结充填时出现的强度低、水泥消耗量大等问题,对棒磨砂开展级配分析发现与Fuller级配差距较大,级配不良;以废石集料和棒磨砂为骨料,开展堆积密实度试验,进行级配分析,并开展充填体强度室内试验,结果表明:当砂石比为5∶5时,密实度达到最大值为0.728,该骨料级配与Fuller级配较接近,级配较好;在保持料浆浓度78%的条件下,采用废石+棒磨砂为骨料且砂石比5∶5,当水泥掺量为260kg/m~3时,充填体即可达到强度要求;金川公司以棒磨砂为骨料,同种条件下需要水泥掺量至少达到310kg/m~3,该配合比相较前者需要多消耗水泥20%以上。研究结果可为同类型胶结充填的金属矿山在优化骨料配比、提高充填体强度并降低水泥消耗、增加充填采矿效益方面提供指导。
        Aggregate gradation is the proportional relationship of the particles with different sizes that make up the aggregate.Good gradation can give full play to the strength effect of the aggregate.In view of the problems of low strength and high cement consumption in cemented filling with bar grinding in Jinchuan Nickel Mine,the gradation analysis of bar grinding indicated that there was a big gap between the gradation of bar grinding and Fuller grinding,and the gradation was not good.Taking waste aggregate and bar grinding as aggregates,the compactness test,gradation analysis and indoor strength test of filling body were carried out.The results showed that when the ratio of sand-stone ratio was 5∶5,the maximum compactness was 0.728,and the aggregate gradation was close to Fuller gradation,and the gradation was better.Under the condition of maintaining 78% slurry concentration,using waste rock+ bar grinding as aggregate and 5∶5 sand-stone ratio,when the cement content was 260 kg/m~3,the filling body can meet the strength requirement;bar grinding was taken as aggregate in Jinchuan Company,and at least 310 kg/m~3 cement content was required under the same conditions,which required more than 20% cement consumption than the former.The results of the study can provide guidance for the same type of cement-filled metal mines in optimizing aggregate ratio,increasing the strength of the filling body,reducing cement consumption,and increasing the efficiency of filling mining.
