摘要
"微电子学"是电子信息科学与技术专业的一门重要的专业必修课程,各高校都清楚"微电子学"这门课程的重要性,但如果以传统教学方式授课,不能让学生真正掌握其精髓,提高学生的实践能力,从而无法使学生毕业后满足社会对专业人才的需求。因此本论文总结出了"微电子学"教学过程中存在的一系列问题,并针对这些问题提出了教学改革的一些方法和途径。
"Microelectronics" is an important professional required course for the major of electronic information science and technology. Colleges and universities are all aware of the importance of the "microelectronics" course. However, if the teacher teaches with traditional teaching methods, students cannot really master the textbook knowledge, nor can they improve their practical ability. Then, they cannot meet the demand of the society for professional talents after graduation. Therefore, this paper summarizes a series of problems existing in the teaching process of "microelectronics", and proposes some methods and approaches for teaching reform in response to these problems.
