摘要
本论文采用溶液合成法制得了钨酸钡花状微米结构,研究了反应物起始浓度对所合成的微米结构形貌的影响。利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段对所制备的微米结构进行了化学组成,晶相和形貌进行表征并测试了花状钨酸钡微米结构的荧光性能。
        This thesis studied solution-based controlled synthesis of flower-like BaWO_4 microstructures. We studied the initial concentration of reactants on the synthesis of microstructures and morphologies. The obtained products were characterized by scanning electron microscope( SEM) and X-ray power diffractometer( XRD). We also studied PL properties of BaWO_4 microstructures.
